Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Time:

After the order is processed and handed over to the shipping company, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, and the timeframe may vary depending on the city, region, and shipping company.

Order Tracking:

After the order is shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number to track the shipment status.

Shipping Delays:

Some delays may occur beyond the store’s control, especially during seasons, promotions, and public holidays. If an order is delayed, the customer may contact us to follow up on the shipment.

Delivery Address:

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect address causes a delay or the shipment to be returned, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

نلتزم بتقديم تجربة شحن موثوقة وسريعة لعملائنا، ويتم التعامل مع الطلبات وفق الآتي:

تجهيز الطلبات:

يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1–3 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب وتأكيد الدفع.

مدة التوصيل:

بعد تجهيز الطلب وتسليمه لشركة الشحن، يستغرق التوصيل عادةً 2–5 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف المدة بحسب المدينة أو المنطقة وشركة الشحن.

تتبع الطلب:

بعد شحن الطلب، يتم تزويد العميل برقم التتبع لمتابعة حالة الشحنة.

تأخير الشحن:

قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات الخارجة عن إرادة المتجر، خصوصًا خلال المواسم والعروض والإجازات الرسمية. وفي حال تأخر الطلب، يمكن للعميل التواصل معنا لمتابعة الشحنة.

عنوان التوصيل:

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات التوصيل بشكل صحيح. وفي حال وجود خطأ في العنوان أدى إلى تأخير أو إعادة الشحنة، فقد يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن الإضافية.

ملاحظة:

المدة المذكورة تقديرية وليست ضمانًا لوقت وصول محدد، حيث تعتمد مدة التوصيل النهائية على شركة الشحن والظروف التشغيلية.
